House & PSA Buffer Strategy

48 slots per day (6.67% of inventory) are reserved for:

  • House Promotions: VR cinema, AR booths, tower events (20 slots/day)
  • Public Service: Tourism Egypt, cultural campaigns, safety messages (15 slots/day)
  • Emergency Override: Government announcements, weather alerts (8 slots/day reserved)
  • Testing & Calibration: Technical validation, color checks (5 slots/day)

Note: Unsold commercial inventory automatically reverts to house/PSA rotation to maintain 100% uptime.

Content Scheduling Workflow

Step 1: Client Submission

Client uploads content via web portal (MP4, MOV, PNG sequence). System validates specs: resolution, duration, file size, color space.

Step 2: Creative Review

Studio team reviews for technical quality, brand safety, and compliance. Preview on LED wall for pixel-accurate validation.

Step 3: Client Approval

Client receives preview link and confirms final version. Contract tier determines slot allocation and scheduling priority.

Step 4: Playlist Assignment

Scheduler assigns content to time slots based on cycle tier, rotation frequency, and diversity rules (no same-client back-to-back).

Step 5: Automated Playback

NovaStar system executes playlist with frame-accurate timing. Real-time monitoring logs every play, with proof-of-play reports.

Step 6: Analytics & Billing

Monthly reports show play count, audience estimates, and impressions. Automated invoicing based on contracted slots + actual plays.
